Orificial surgery is currently the area of my greatest interest, involving hemorrhoids, fistulas, abscesses, STIs (sexually transmitted infections), and pilonidal sinus. This is where patients often encounter fears and embarrassment, and they may have questions such as: What will the consultation be like? Will there be a physical examination? Will it hurt? Will the surgery be dreadful?
